Glad to hear you&#039;ve had good experience with RingCentral. The service definitely shows promise - I&#039;m glad it&#039;s living up to that promise for you. Months after the original post we still get people telling us that they&#039;re not hearing entire words from our sentences.Although I can&#039;t find the post right now, RingCentral did recently write about their intent to make some improvements, specifically in the area of call quality.
