The founder is an Indian and worked with my colleague before. Been with them for 5 months now and my online business has done wonders with them around. For $7, they actually provided me with 2 VA backups and when the primary VA left for 2 weeks, i got the most astoundingly seamless transition i could think off. mind you, my VA works fulltime for me and she handles roughly 18 tasks on a daily basis. The backup VA took over without a hitch. 1 month and i did not even needed to wag a finger. Brickwork was a disappointment and so was GetFriday. they stood me up, walked me around and generally gave me the feel that they are big and i am small. Anyway, you guys should try my current VA. contact: msonali5804(at)gmail.com or skype: "valuspace".

I just found this new team of VAs from India led. actually was referred to me by one of my colleague in BoA. I was happy with both the parent company and the sister company. The commenter above has given a statement that wrong address has been entered on the package. Generally they print the address that the customer's write in the shipping address column and its very much automated. This is crazy to think that our sister's would be like us. I have a 2 VA's in Get friday. I don wish to write too much as i am busy nw.Cheers

GETFRIDAY is sister concern of YOURMANININDIA...BEWARE!!!I HAVE HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE GETTING MY PRECIOUS DOCUMENTS FROM YMI. THE PACKAGE WAS MISPLACED DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS BEING TYPED DURING DELIVERY. I HAD TO CHECK WITH YMI THAT I DIDN'T RECIEVE THE PACKAGE AND THEY SAID THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME AND EVEN AFTER 2 DAYS I DON'T HEAR ANYTHING BACK REGARDING WHAT HAPPENED TO DELIVERY WHICH WAS FRUSTRATING AND SHOWS HIGH DEGREE OF IRREPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ON TOP OF THAT I HAD TO MYSELF CHECK WITH TNT REGARDING THIS AND FOUND OUT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS BECAUSE YMI GUYS MADE A BIG BLUNDER OF ENTERING WRONG ADDRESS. PACKAGE WAS FINALLY LOST!!

YOURMANININDIA- crappy service<br
