title="Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Marketing" href="http://r3r.com/services/search-engine-marketing/">search engine marketing</a> (SEM) tool to help manage multiple accounts across Google, Yahoo, and MSN (and others). Having a central tool to manage your pay per click (<a
title="Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Marketing" href="http://r3r.com/services/search-engine-marketing/">PPC</a>) campaign is great in theory, but it&#8217;s a lofty goal to provide a useful layer on top of all those ad networks, so I&#8217;m skeptical that they can all deliver what they promise. but there are a ton out there.<span
id="more-136"></span></p><p>Among the companies getting good buzz was <a
href="http://www.marinsoftware.com/" target="_blank">Marin Software</a>. Revenews gave them a <a
href="http://www.revenews.com/heatherpaulson/affiliate-summit-2008-%E2%80%93-marin-software-%E2%80%9Cthe-find%E2%80%9D/" target="_blank">good thumbs up</a> earlier this year, too. But Marin is more of an enterprise solution (they require a minimum of $50k/month in ad spend). At the entry-level side of the market are these guys:</p><ul><li><a
