Intended to communicate project requirements for complex projects, an RFP is simply a formal invitation to bid on a project. You submit your RFP to us, and we’ll work with you to clarify the requirements for your project in order to provide as accurate a proposal as possible.

Well written RFP’s offer advantages to the buyer (you) by helping you deliberately outline your requirements up front, which can save costs and time. The less complex the project, the shorter and less formal the RFP needs to be.

If you know exactly what you need, then documenting your vision in an RFP is a great first step. You can click the image on this page to view a sample to help you get started. Don’t feel constrained by this sample – yours might not need to be so comprehensive. By the same token, you can add sections if necessary, to document special requirements.
